Thanks to a new tone, we offer a deeper immersive experience, which both conveys the personal feeling of Relais & Châteaux and creates a connection with its audience.

"Mindscape" is a unique concept that brings together the digital purpose and brand philosophy through media to inspire audiences.

It evokes the theatre of the mind, inviting the spectators to experience the brand with their keen senses.

It communicates an attitude toward life, behavior, and uses the clarity of content creation to focus on what's important through human-centered sensory design guided by emotion.


Daring:

In this way, we have created synaesthesias, i.e. a perception of sensations, through which two or more people are associated. Multiple senses from a single stimulus.

These synaesthesia have taken the form of several titles and diptych hooks, sometimes with static visuals, sometimes with cinemagraphs.

Thematic diptychs are timeless: they evoke sensations and can be applied to various parts of the site whose purpose is to inspire the user and take him on a journey. They are always connected to the senses.
Synaesthesia is used on the home page (it is rotated), during seasonalities (chestnut), geolocated by the IP address, which makes it possible to display synaesthesia specific to the target. In addition, they are used on adwords and retargeting devices.

The result was a new approach to the way the audience navigate and experience the brand through their senses, making Relais & Chateaux not just a destination, but a feeling visitors can relate to.
